I’m about to head out the door for my regular 3rd day of gym for the week. My whole aspect on life has changed again. I’m still waiting for the call from Wellington, still checking the airlines every morning to see what flights are available, and still mentally rearranging my days to go when I have to… BUT (and Oh MY has my BUTT gotten big!) I’m in a better headspace. I’m not so stressed nor felling depressed.
I tell you just what I am feeling is though, my abs, my glutes, thighs, deltiods, etc lol get the drift!! :)
Thanks everyone for the support.. I really appreciate it. I’ve been wandering in the wilderness of my own making, and thanks to those who’ve flung me lifelines
Confession time.. I now weigh 105 kg. I’ve put on 15kg since November. I’m going to loose it by November too!! 6 months. Watch this space.

Don’t think you’re alone in coming off the wagon. I think it’s something we’ve all got to be aware of. How easy it is to slip back to old habits and I sure did too.. The biggest thing is don’t beat yourself up. You’re awesoome Bex. You can do it. Great that you are in a better head space. You’ll do fine I’m sure. Take Care From Marg
You’re not alone honey, I’m here with you all the way. You can kick this 15kgs into touch, you’ve done it before, you’ll do it again. So get that booty moving, wiggle those hips and go, go go!!!!

Hey Bex

I know things are tough at the moment and I know you are very strong and determined in everything you do. If you need a walking buddy in the weekend, give me a call. Its a speed bump you will get over
PS. Please thank Alannah for the lovely picture. I have put it up at work
Hey Bex
My thoughts are with you. Now that I have reached my goal weight I too am making interesting decisions with my food – chocolate should be classed as a Class A drug!! then maybe I wouldn’t touch the stuff. I can’t work out how I could avoid it for 8 months quite happily and now go out of my way to buy the stuff.
I have found the traffic light analogy really good though. Even if you haven’t reached your goal weight, if you are in a period of stress you could try it too. If you’re not sure you can focus on doing the right thing all the time just decide on a green light, orange light and red light. Green might be 105, orange 106 and red 107, that way the maximum you’ll put on is 2kg but if you put the brakes on at 106 and relax again at 105 you might never put any more on at all.
Stay strong.
Kathy
